Endangered suitable whale migration off Ocean Town, Md.: boater sluggish zone

Ocean Metropolis boaters will have to slow down via Friday, Nov. 26, in an region marked off by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association to perhaps make home for endangered whales.
